This Quick Set episode of SANDCAST: Beach Volleyball with Tri Bourne and Travis Mewhirter, features Terese Cannon. We had Terese on the podcast one week before the biggest finish of her career, a bronze medal in Itapema, Brazil, with Sara Hughes. It was a bronze medal a long, long time in the making: Terese had lost in six country quotas this season alone.
Yet she continued fighting through it, and came out on the other side by finishing her season with THREE STRAIGHT MEDALS and an AVP semifinal finish in Atlanta. She won a silver in Italy, a gold in The Netherlands, and a bronze at the Itapema four-star in Brazil.
